Here’s how I think about health workflows, AI, and building tools teams actually use.

Why Even?
Healthcare doesn’t fail because of lack of treatment. It fails because of poor systems around it.
Patients struggle with access, coordination, and clarity. Doctors deal with fragmented workflows and operational friction.
Even is solving this at the system level — not just providing care, but redefining how care is delivered and experienced.
That’s the kind of problem I want to work on — where design directly impacts real human outcomes.

My Favorite Area:
Patient Experience & Care Journey

“Healthcare isn’t a moment. It’s a journey.”
What stands out is the opportunity to design across:
• consultations
• follow-ups
• preventive care
• ongoing engagement
Why this matters:
Healthcare products often optimize for transactions. But real impact comes from continuity of care.
The challenge isn’t just: booking → consultation
It’s: understanding → action → follow-up → long-term health
Design here shifts from: feature → experience

How I approach complex workflows
Designed a unified platform that brings drafting, risk analysis, and case management into one workflow.
Impact framing:
• Reduced fragmentation across 6+ tools
• Introduced case-centric design model
• Embedded AI directly into workflows

How I Think (Simple principles)
1. Design for flow, not features
Users care about completing tasks — not navigating tools.
2. Context > complexity
The right information at the right time beats more functionality.
3. Reduce cognitive load
Clarity is a feature.
