vREfyd is an AI-powered platform transforming the real estate market by connecting realtors with clients, brands, builders, and banks within an AI-driven community. Our AI assistant, AIRA (Artificially Intelligent Real estate Agent), ensures seamless transactions, personalized property matches, and secure, verified interactions.
Central to this is RE-hub, an admin dashboard designed to track all activities within AIRA and the mobile app, making it easy to monitor and manage the platform's operations.

------o MY ROLE IN THIS PROJECT
I joined vREfyd as a founding designer to establish the foundation for the platform’s user experience and brand identity. I co-led the design of the User interface and user experience for both App and admin, aiming to create the most seamless and delightful real estate transaction platform. Alongside my co-designers, (Vidisha and Akhil), we also shaped the brand tone, design, and set the foundation for the brand’s scalability.
------o Why we build RE-hub
To enhance Vrefyd's user-centered platform, we developed Re-Hub, an admin dashboard that offers deep insights into user behavior, realtor sign-ups, and overall platform performance. Re-Hub was designed to monitor how users interact with AIRA, our AI-driven assistant, allowing us to refine its functionality based on real-time data.
Boost User Retention: Analyze churn rates and behaviors to develop strategies for keeping users engaged.
Track AIRA Interactions: Monitor how users and realtors engage with AIRA to gauge comfort with AI-driven property recommendations and overall platform effectiveness.
Enhance Support:
Monitor customer support interactions to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Monitor Realtor Engagement:
Track realtor sign-ups and drop-offs to identify onboarding pain points and improve adaptation to the AI-based platform.

------o Making the dashboard user centric and functional
Creating a user-centric and functional dashboard meant focusing on simplicity, clarity, and ease of use. We designed Re-Hub to be intuitive, with clear language, accessible filters, and key information upfront, ensuring all users can easily track and improve Vrefyd’s performance.
------o Optimizing User Engagement
We provided visual insights into user interactions with key app features like AIRA, search functions, and property listings, enabling refinement of AI and user satisfaction. The realtor journey was tracked from sign-up to profile verification, with a focus on AI tool interactions and transaction outcomes. Additionally, churn rate analysis offered proactive solutions to improve user retention.
